What you can do with the writing

Read it, quote it and share it. If you quote it, attribute it and link back to the page you took it from. Republishing a whole field note as your own is the one thing I would ask you not to do. The words and images are mine unless a page says otherwise.

What this is, and is not

The field notes describe what I tested and what happened. They are information, not professional advice about your business, and reading them creates no working relationship between us. What worked for one company may not work for yours.

Results published on this site are specific cases, with their measurement window and their limits printed beside them. They are a record of what happened, not a prediction of what will happen for you, and nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome.

Availability and accuracy

I keep this site accurate and up, and I cannot promise either without interruption. Pages get corrected when they turn out to be wrong, which is the point of publishing the evidence in the first place.

Links to other sites are not endorsements of everything on them, and I have no control over what they publish after I link to them.
